Arizona Animal Wellness Center is a progressive, AAHA-accredited small animal hospital in Gilbert, Arizona. Since 2004, the practice has grown into a state‑of‑the‑art 10,000‑sq‑foot facility dedicated to excellence in veterinary medicine and patient comfort. The team consists of 12 veterinarians and 90 support staff, all owned and operated by veterinarians who work alongside the team.

• Provide comprehensive care including surgery (orthopedic and soft tissue), advanced dentistry, internal medicine, behavioral consults, emergencies, and preventative care.
• Perform and assist with digital radiology, advanced imaging with ultrasonography and endoscopy, rehabilitation and laser therapy, acupuncture, and integrative medicine.
• Support and mentor junior staff; collaborate with experienced veterinarians for surgical training and educational opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of client communication and ensure a supportive, collaborative environment.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of post‑graduate experience in a full‑time veterinary practice.
• Proficiency in clinical procedures listed above; willingness to learn and grow as a surgeon and practitioner.

Base salary $120,000–$200,000 per year, with profit‑sharing and an annual bonus. Sign‑on bonus of $15,000. Unlimited earning potential with opportunity for additional commissions.
