As a member of our management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

Once you enter management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance‑based bonuses. Our company prides itself on promoting from within, so you can move up through the ranks and earn more money – perhaps even become the next Domino’s franchisee!

• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be 18 years or older
