As a Team Lead/Server at Gecko Grill, you’ll play a key role in creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing attentive and friendly service to all guests.
• Ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
• Collaborating with team members to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Handling customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support and guide the front-of-house team.
• Maintain excellent service standards and cleanliness.
• Keep operations organized during busy shifts.
• Proficient at using a POS system.
