• Prep, cook, and plate every dish according to our recipes and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling, and storage.
• Keep your station and equipment clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Stay on top of your duties without constant supervision.
• Work with your team to deliver food you’re proud to serve.

• Must be 18 or older.
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and specification charts in English.
• Ability to safely operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
• Ability to stand and bend throughout your shift and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work around hot equipment in a fast-paced kitchen.
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and pride in doing the job right.
