As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you will provide every guest who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company, passionate about our products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty. Representing our values with your authentic self is the cornerstone of the role.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, helping them find exactly what they need with a "friends first" mindset.
• Educate guests about AEO and Aerie product details and make personalized suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Maintain integrity by adhering to all AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You enjoy AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
