Business Development Representative – Kustom US
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr

We are actively seeking a Territory Account Executive (Business Development) to drive revenue growth for our premier restoration services in the Phoenix market. The role focuses on B2B sales, relationship building, and close collaboration with operations to support local market expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a territory‑specific sales plan to reach revenue targets for residential and commercial restoration services (water, fire, mold, storm damage).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local commercial and residential clients, including property managers, facility directors, homeowners, and insurance adjusters.
- Educate clients on Kustom’s services, tailoring solutions to meet their needs and ensuring exceptional delivery.
- Collaborate with local operations teams to align sales efforts with project execution, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Partner with operations to identify growth opportunities, streamline handoffs, and enhance service offerings based on market demands.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals demonstrating Kustom’s value proposition.
- Negotiate and close contracts, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Represent Kustom at local industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Build a strong local network of industry contacts, including insurers, property management firms, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify emerging opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in Salesforce.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to leadership, aligning with company goals and offering actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships at the local level.
- Experience collaborating with operations teams to support service delivery and growth initiatives is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
