Position OverviewState Farm Insurance Agent located in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Pam Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
** Please Note THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE position.**
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- 401K (pre tax and after tax) with match once with the agency for 12 months

- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch
Saturday 9:00 AM to noon. Rotating with other team members. May work 1-2 Saturdays/month. If a Saturday is worked, then 3 hours off is allowed to be taken during the week.
Requirements- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

Salary range $45,000 – $90,000 Base plus commission. Compensation $45,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.
