The Opportunity We are looking for driven, personable Outside Sales Representatives to grow our presence in the School Dance market. In this role, you are the primary connection between Rebel and the programs in your territory. You will meet with customers in person, learn their needs, guide them through the process, and help them create something they’re excited to wear. This role is best suited for someone who likes being out in the field, enjoys meeting new people, and is comfortable managing their own pace and performance.
You’ll work closely with internal teams who support design, production, and customer experience, but you are the relationship builder who keeps everything moving. This is a commission-based position with a draw against future commissions, ideal for candidates who are motivated by results and long-term territory growth.
