Earning Potential: $150,000 - $450,000 per year

- Build and maintain strong networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other professionals.
- Create customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals.
- Provide personalized policy options based on client needs and goals.
- Offer ongoing support and information on new products and services to customers.
- Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and new insurance products.
- Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to continually develop your skills.
- A genuine willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive and goal‑driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and with urgency.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred (license assistance available).
- Previous sales or insurance experience is not required – just the drive to succeed.
