Partnerships Specialist
Windy City Equipment keeps commercial kitchens, HVAC systems, and refrigeration running reliably for restaurants, senior living, healthcare facilities, and convenience stores. With video diagnosis on every work order, a 90‑day parts and labor warranty, and highly trained techs who take pride in their work, we have become a trusted partner for facilities in the regions we serve.
What You’ll Do- Own inbound leads from our custom built funnels
- Meet with facility leaders across restaurants, senior living, healthcare, and convenience retail
- Convert new customers and expand existing accounts (new sites, new service lines)
- Sell PM plans and reduce emergency breakdowns
- Build trust with operators, FMs, and multi‑site decision makers
- Conduct site walk‑throughs, build scopes, and deliver proposals
- Maintain pipeline discipline in CRM
- Work cross‑functionally with dispatch, service managers, and marketing
- 20‑30 new accounts in Year 1
- $500k‑750k in new revenue
- Strong PM conversions
- Fast speed‑to‑lead (within minutes)
- Consistent discovery meetings (5‑8/week)
- Accurate quoting + CRM hygiene
- Healthy expansion inside existing accounts
- Communicate relentlessly – set clear expectations with customers, follow up consistently, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Own everything – if you open a relationship, you own it. From first conversation to first invoice and beyond, you close the loop and make sure the customer experience matches what we promise.

- Base salary: $60,000
- Commission: 10% of GM on new accounts, new sites, and new service lines for 12 months
- OTE Year 1: $80k‑100k+
- Top performers (Year‑2+): $120k‑140k+

- Strong knowledge of the commercial food service, healthcare, or hospitality industries
- Experience with in restaurants, facilities, HVAC/R, maintenance, or ops is a plus
- Comfortable in kitchens, rooftops, back‑of‑house spaces, and boardrooms
