Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $15.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls. Always answer the phone, return texts, calls and emails the same day and escalated issues to management as needed.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class booking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of the studio, be it in person, over the phone, via text messaging or email.
• Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and assigned KPI’s.
• Achieve personal and studio-level sales goals.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly studio.
• Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio.
• Smile a ridiculous amount.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email and text message.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Goal‑oriented with the ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced, diverse environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Reliable means of transportation to studio and occasional offsite events.

• Starting at $15 per hour plus commissions and free classes.
