We are seeking a Senior Seasonal Sales Development Representative (SDR) to not only drive sales but to help build and refine the very processes that make our team successful. This is a unique hybrid role that combines the thrill of sales with the strategic impact of process development. You are not just a caller; you are a builder. You will be the front line of our growth, engaging with potential clients and setting the stage for our Account Executives, while simultaneously improving the playbook for our sales operations in our CRM.
WhatYou ll Do
Core Sales Development:
- Drive new business opportunities by making outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries from prospective clients.
- Expertly qualify leads, understand customer needs, and articulate the value of Holiday Light Co. s services.
- Schedule qualified appointments and consultations for our Account Executives.
- Meticulously maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions within our Hub Spot CRM.
- Nurture leads through the sales cycle to maximize conversion rates.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets.
Process Development & Documentation:
- Take ownership of our sales playbook by developing, documenting, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key SDR functions within CRM.
- Analyze the sales process to identify bottlenecks and implement effective improvements.
- Proactively build and refine outreach cadences, lead management workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to optimize call scripts and email templates using performance data.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing feedback to management on system usage and process improvements.
- Proven experience in a Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales role.
- Deep proficiency with Hub Spot/Salesforce CRM is essential. You should be comfortable building workflows, managing data, and using its full suite of sales tools.
- A process-oriented mindset with a passion for building, documenting, and improving systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging phone presence.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume seasonal environment.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, with the ability to commute to our Gilbert, AZ office as needed.
- Competitive Hourly Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour, DOE.
- Generous Completion Bonus: A $2,000 bonus paid upon successful completion of the seasonal term.
- Review Incentive: Earn an extra $50 for every verified customer review you generate.
- Returning Employee Incentive: High performers may be eligible for a re-engagement bonus if they return for the next season.
- Paid Sick Time: Accrued in accordance with Arizona law.
