• Make 100 outbound calls daily to potential customers
• Identify and qualify at least 3 leads per day for our agents
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow all company guidelines and compliance standards
• Track and report your call and lead activity

• Positive, determined, and resilient attitude
• Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Coachable with a professional phone manner
