• Valid Arizona Unarmed guard license.
• Valid Arizona Armed guard license.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional security or law‑enforcement training is a plus).
• 4 years of experience in armed security, military combat, military police, or law enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response tactics.
• Exceptional judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Physical fitness for demanding tasks and agility.
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
