What We are Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Familiar with operating: blade, wheel loader, skip loader, excavator, skid steer, scraper, Gannon, and similar equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Skilled in reading grade stakes and checking grades with precision
• Committed to safety, quality, and keeping job sites clean
• Experience with GPS- enabled equipment (a plus)

Location: Gilbert, AZ

Salary range - $28+/hr (DOE)

Schedule: 10 hour shifts M-Th with occasional overtime.
