Description$25 - $33/hr | 4-Day Workweek
What You’ll Do- Travel to assigned job sites daily according to the project schedule.
- Install start up, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment in commercial kitchens, facilities, and rooftop environments.
- Deliver high quality technical work with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and customer value.
- Troubleshoot installation issues, adapt to challenges, obtain replacement parts, and calibrate equipment to manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect existing systems for performance, efficiency, and safety compliance.
- Complete start up and commissioning checklists so equipment is ready for turnover.
- Be available for nights and weekends as needed to meet project and customer needs.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, and electronics in proper working order.
- Keep your vehicle stocked with required parts, tools, and safety equipment.
- Document all work, materials, and parts through company apps and work orders.
- Clearly explain the need for and value of recommended solutions to customers and GCs.
- Conduct professional customer and contractor consultations on site.
- Participate in company provided training to stay current with industry standards and best practices.
- Identify and report opportunities for additional business, such as new equipment, preventive maintenance, or supplemental services.
- Proven experience installing and servicing HVAC, refrigeration, and/or commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and work from plans, specs, and wiring diagrams.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a project team.
- EPA certification and other relevant credentials preferred.
- Professional communication and customer facing skills.
