Overview
Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Recreation Leader - Kiddy Korner. Responsibilities- Assist with implementing facility programs and events.
- Prepare activities, curriculum, lead and monitor assigned activities, adapt to participant's needs, classroom management, and maintain records.
- Provide customer service by fielding questions and resolving conflicts with internal and external customers.
- Facilitate a range of activities, crafts, and games for children ages 18 months to 7 years in a safe and friendly environment.

- Be able to work with minimal to no supervision, respond to emergency situations, and be astute in conflict resolution skills.
- Possess outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Flexible availability to work days and evenings (Approximately 10 – 15 hours weekly. Hours for these positions are Monday through Thursday from 8 am - 12 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday from 8 am – 12 pm and 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm).
- Possess and maintain certification for CPR and Standard First Aid within 30 days of hire.
- Age requirement:
Must be 18+ years.
This position is an At-Will position and is FLSA Non-Exempt - eligible for overtime compensation.
