We are looking for a qualified Group Home Direct Care Worker to join our team! You will play a crucial role in supporting and developing a care plan for youth in our care.

Shifts as follows:
Monday thru Friday: 2PM-10PM; 4PM-12PM;
Monday thru Thursday: 10PM-8AM

• Directly working with youth in DCS custody
• Preparing meals and cleaning
• Understanding a service plan and the ability to help work towards service plan goals
• Drive a passenger van

• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Ability to pass a Background Check
• Arizona Driver's License AND CLEAN DRIVER'S RECORD
• High School Diploma/GED or higher
