Job Overview

Auction Direct Transport is one of the fastest growing automotive transport brokerage companies, specializing in shipping thousands of vehicles across the United States every month. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Hours for this role are M-F, 40 hours a week, nights free, with an occasional half Saturday shift. The role is expected to be in the office, which allows you to learn new skills and grow with the company.

We are currently seeking the right person who will thrive in a fast-paced environment as Auto Transport Dispatcher
. If you are a highly motivated and well‑organized individual with great communication and phone skills we want to talk with you.

• Answer inbound calls and place outbound phone calls for updates and questions
• Ensure carrier compliance with Department of Transportation regulations
• Process and dispatch driver’s loads by working in multiple software and dispatch systems
• Build and maintain carrier relations in order to maintain a positive reputation as a broker
• Confirm delivery of orders with customers and transporters
• Provide exceptional customer service by providing updated delivery times to the sales team
