DD26 Fishing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving packages in our Gilbert manufacturing center, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with order fulfillment and a strong understanding of UPS, USPS and DHL systems.

Duties

• Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products for delivery.
• Utilize warehouse management system (quickbooks) to track inventory levels and manage stock.
• Operate order picking equipment, including reach trucks, to retrieve products from storage.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and assist with stock audits as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient operations.
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role or within a distribution center is preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce (Shopify) operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Quickbooks or similar warehouse management systems is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to operate an order picker or reach truck safely (certification may be required).
• Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Lift 40+ pounds with no limitations
