Pilot

Startup Forge is on the hunt for an inclusive Pilot, someone who makes Coaching look easy and Accountability look obvious. Look past the title and you'll see $74,000 - $102,000, a WY base, and a senior role that asks you to lead, not just execute.

• Own your mistakes loudly and your wins quietly
• Hold Cheyenne vendors to the standard we promised our users
• Map the handoffs between WY teams so nothing falls in the cracks
• Execute core Pilot duties with accuracy and consistency
• Keep Startup Forge leadership honest with numbers they can act on

• A portfolio that speaks louder than any line on your resume
• Working familiarity with remote schedules and team norms at Startup Forge
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
• Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support senior teammates
• A communicator who can disagree without making it personal
• Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality
• Practical Coaching skills sharpened in a remote setting

Three things define Startup Forge: a Cheyenne address, a data-honest culture, and a near-religious devotion to Coaching. Our Cheyenne office runs on mutual respect, low ego, and a genuine willingness to help.

The compensation here starts at $74,000 - $102,000, paired with unlimited PTO and a manager committed to your professional growth.

Stamped current this morning, the remote opportunity awaits your application.

We'd rather hear from you sooner than later, so don't sit on this Pilot opening.
