Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. Domino's Pizza is looking for team members who are eager to deliver outstanding customer service while operating in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.

• Operate all equipment and prepare products to standard specifications.
• Clean equipment and facility daily, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards.
• Process orders both over the phone and in person, providing great customer service.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; be reliable and able to manage transportation to/from work.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders and resolve issues.
• Use digital systems to enter information accurately and efficiently.
• Manage store cleanliness, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Must be available after 3 p.m.
• Must be available to work Saturdays/Sundays or every other weekend.
• Strong verbal communication skills; ability to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately.
• Comfortable using a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter information.

• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to above 90°F in some work areas.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes from food preparation.
• Hot surfaces/work tools up to 500°F or higher; handling of sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Walking short distances for short durations and lifting up to 50 pounds of bulk product deliveries during scheduled times.

• Extensive standing and short walking; lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most tasks; depth perception required.
• Basic proficiency with telephone communication and digital data entry.
