Internal Medicine Physician (Geriatrician) Gillette, WY Sign on & Relocation up to $150,000
Job Type: Full Time
Shifts: 8:00am- 5:00pm Monday
- Friday no call or weekends.
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine Geriatrician
- DEA certificate
- WY Licensure or the Ability to Obtain WY Licensure
- Fellowship trained in Geriatrician
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- MD or DO with Directly Related Experience in Geriatrician
Benefits:
- $130,000 sign on
- $1,500 a month stipend for last year in residency/ fellowship
- $20,000 Relocation
- Willing to buy a house for the right candidate (terms apply)
- Health insurance fully paid $250 individual deductible, $500 family
- $50 every check towards AFLAC
- 8% match 401k
- 6 weeks PTO, 7 Days sick (accrued)
- 6 Paid Holidays
