Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic (HH&WC) is seeking a dynamic, board-certified or board-eligible physician trained in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine to join our established and fast-paced Urgent Care practice in Gillette, Wyoming.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care for acute and urgent needs across all age groups
• Manage moderate-to-high acuity cases confidently, with support
• Perform common procedures: laceration repair, splinting, abscess drainage, wound care
• Interpret X-rays, ECGs, and POC labs
• Collaborate with in-house departments and coordinate hospital transfers when necessary
• Ensure accurate and timely charting in the EHR
• Participate in clinical meetings, peer reviews, and quality initiatives

• Who We're Looking For:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Wyoming medical license (or ability to obtain)
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• 1+ year of urgent care, ED, or hospitalist experience preferred (new grads welcome!)

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary:
  Up to $320,000 based on experience
• $30,000 Sign-On Bonus - Paid within your first 30 days
