Salary: $250,000 base + $30,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
Total Compensation Range: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

This is a unique opportunity to move beyond symptom-based care and work at the forefront of systems and root-cause medicine.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify the root causes of chronic and complex health conditions

• Order and interpret advanced diagnostic labs (DUTCH, GI-MAP, Genova, OAT, genomics, hormone panels, etc.)

• Develop tailored treatment plans incorporating nutrition, lifestyle changes, targeted supplements, detox protocols, and bioidentical hormone therapy

• Support oncology patients with complementary functional strategies to minimize side effects and promote immune resilience

• Collaborate in a team-based setting with nutritionists, health coaches, and regenerative medicine specialists

• Educate and empower patients to take charge of their own health journeys

• Participate in peer case reviews, ongoing education, and quality improvement initiatives

• MD or DO, board-certified (or eligible) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related specialty

• Functional Medicine certification or advanced training (IFM, A4M, or similar)

• Experience working with specialty labs, integrative therapies, and systems biology

• Active WY medical license or the ability to obtain one

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and passion for personalized, integrative care
