Overview
Seeking a board-certified/eligible Radiation Oncologist to join a multidisciplinary team at a cancer center in northeastern Wyoming.
The role offers full-time or 4‑5 days/week part‑time options, with potential practice sharing and flexible employment or contractor arrangements. Visa support is available.
The department features new advanced equipment, including a Truebeam LINAC and PET/CT simulator, with comprehensive external beam services.
Work is in person, with some travel expected, and options for relocation to Gillette, WY.
Responsibilities- Patient consultations
- Prescribing and monitoring radiation treatments
- Collaborating with medical physicists and dosimetrists
- Ensuring safety and compliance
- Staying current with advancements
- Contributing to team efforts
- MD/DO
- ACGME residency in radiation oncology
- Board eligibility/certification
- State licensure
- DEA registration
- BLS certification
- Excellent patient care skills
