Position

Universal Banker I, II or III at ANB Bank
, located at 800 East 7th St., Gillette, WY 82716.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Non-Exempt Full-Time.

Hourly rate: $17.50 – $22.65 (based on level and experience).

• Universal Banker I: $17.50 – $19.25 per hour.
• Universal Banker II: $18.00 – $20.50 per hour.
• Universal Banker III: $19.25 – $22.65 per hour.

Additional $1.00 per hour if approved for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program.

• Provide excellent customer service, handle cash and transactions, open accounts, sell cross‑sell products, resolve customer issues, and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Lead branch sales and service activities, actively seek and acquire new customers, and refer customers within the organization as needed.

• Process paying and receiving transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Cash checks within limits, conduct daily cash settlements, and balance cash drawer.
• Open checking, savings, money market, and CD accounts; order cards and provide starter checks.
• Use selling techniques to open, develop, and close sales; actively cross‑sell products.
• Identify customer financial needs, recommend appropriate products, and perform follow‑up actions.
• Respond to customer needs, provide efficient and courteous service, and resolve problems.
• Collaborate with team to achieve branch goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with BSA and other banking regulations.
• Participate in training and development activities.
• Support ANB Bank’s mission, vision, and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Universal Banker I:
  No experience required; customer service or cash handling experience preferred; basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Universal Banker II
  :
  Minimum 6 months bank experience or 1 year cash handling/ customer service; proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of banking products.
• Universal Banker III
  :
  Minimum 2 years external bank teller or personal banker experience; 1 year internal experience acceptable; advanced understanding of banking products and regulations; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
