YES House (Youth Emergency Services, Inc.) is a private, non‑profit agency located in Gillette, Wyoming, dedicated to empowering youth and families to achieve lifelong success. We provide a wide range of services for young people aged 5 to 21 and their families, including residential treatment for emotional well‑being, in‑house substance abuse treatment, counseling, and youth advocacy. Our mission is to offer support through programs such as the 24‑hour Crisis Shelter, independent living programs, and specialized foster care.

YES House is committed to keeping families together whenever possible and appropriate.

Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Therapist located in Gillette, WY. The Therapist will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions, developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and offering crisis intervention. The Therapist will also collaborate with other staff members to provide comprehensive care for clients and maintain accurate and up‑to‑date clinical records.

Qualifications
  • Clinical skills in therapy, counseling, and crisis intervention
  • Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans and conducting assessments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • Licensure or certification appropriate to the field (e.g., LCSW, LPC)
  • Experience working with youth and families is a plus
  • Knowledge of substance abuse treatment and residential care is beneficial
