WIC Nurse​/Registered Dietician

WIC Nurse‑Dietician Position Summary

Position performs health/nutrition and breastfeeding education/counseling, performs health and nutrition and medical assessments, prescribes food packages and electronically adds benefits to the participants EBT card, delivers education presentations, as needed, maintains medical equipment, assists in ordering inventory and supplies per WIC guidelines, and makes referrals to community partners and local agencies.

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Nursing, Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health Nutrition, or a related field. Nursing applicants must have a license to practice as a registered professional nurse (RN) in the state of Wyoming.
• One year of experience
• Valid driver’s license
