• Shift: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $970 - $1050
• Employment Type: Travel CNA, On-Site

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Wyoming
• High school diploma or GED
• Current CPR certification (per facility policy)
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training or willingness to obtain
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a CNA;
  Medical-Surgical experience preferred
• Ability to comply with facility policies (e.g., no facial piercings)
• Experience with vital sign towers, INR, glucometers, lifts, bladder scanner, IV pumps, CADD pumps preferred
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills in a healthcare setting
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and use proper body mechanics for patient care
• No governmental sanctions involving healthcare or financial practices

• Provide basic patient care and assist with daily living activities (ambulation, dressing, hygiene)
• Monitor and report patient conditions or reactions to the Registered Nurse (RN)
• Deliver service excellence using AIDET communication framework
• Promote patient safety through shift huddles and hourly rounding
• Support patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes
• Maintain a clean, safe healthcare environment and perform routine cleaning tasks
• Accurately document patient care and observations per policy
• Monitor supplies and restock as needed
• Demonstrate effective time management and prioritization
• Work on other nursing units as required
• Comply with hospital Corporate Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, and all policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned
