Job Summary

The Website Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating websites and mobile applications across multiple divisions of the organization—including the clinic, construction company, ranch, and IT consulting division. The role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and a focus on user experience to deliver effective digital solutions aligned with business objectives.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites for diverse organizational divisions, ensuring high functionality, great UX, and strong performance.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into well-designed websites and applications.
• Design, build, and deploy mobile applications for wellness programs and other initiatives.
• Update website content, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and performance.
• Implement and manage website security measures to minimize vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as required.
• Keep abreast of current industry trends, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure digital solutions support branding and business goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education / Certifications / Licenses (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Web or mobile development certifications (e.g., Certified Web Developer, Mobile App Development Certificate) considered an asset.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in website development and ongoing maintenance.
• Experience building mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Proven success managing and delivering web and app projects from start to finish.

Required Skills / Abilities

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related languages.
• Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with server-side languages such as PHP, Ruby, Python, or Node.js.
• Comfortable using CMS platforms (Word Press, Drupal, Joomla).
• Experience with mobile frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native; Swift/Kotlin preferred).
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
