• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wyoming or compact state
• BLS certification required
• 2+ years of experience in Med Surg, Geriatrics, or long-term care nursing preferred
• IV Certification preferred
• Ability to work all shifts and weekends as needed
• Navy blue scrubs required; no facial piercings; full sleeve or objectionable tattoos must be covered

• Administer medications and perform skilled nursing procedures (IV therapy, feeding tubes, wound vac, wound management, trach care, ostomy care)
• Provide restorative therapy and care to residents with a range of diagnoses (Hunting tons, dementia, diabetes, Alzheimers, CAD, rehabilitation, stroke, neuromuscular diseases)
• Utilize computerized medical records (Meditech) and medication administration system (Med Right)
• Operate healthcare equipment: VS towers, INR, glucometers, lifts, bladder scanners, IV pumps, CADD pumps, wound vacs, assistive devices
• Collaborate with certified nurse aides and clinical support staff
• Manage a caseload of up to 20 residents (or more with medication aides)
• Participate in a 2-day orientation and ongoing nursing training
