IntroductionA progressive, full-service animal hospital in Gillette, Wyoming is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its team of ten experienced doctors and twenty support staff. This position offers flexibility for either small animal or mixed animal focus, serving a diverse clientele that includes dogs, cats, horses, and cows, with occasional care for pocket pets and other large animals such as goats, pigs, llamas, and donkeys.

This position offers a flexible full-time schedule with shared rotation for weekend and weeknight on-call coverage. Work-life balance is prioritized, allowing time to enjoy the region's abundant outdoor recreation.
Role Description & ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and diagnostic care tailored to their chosen focus of small animal, mixed animal, or a blend of both. Responsibilities include performing surgeries, developing treatment plans, interpreting diagnostics, educating clients, and contributing to the hospital's supportive and team-focused culture. Mentorship is available, making this an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and seasoned veterinarians.

The hospital features advanced facilities, including six small animal exam rooms, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound with Doppler, and a large animal hospital equipped with an equine exam area, surgical spaces, and heated stalls. Candidate Requirements- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the USA.
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in.
- Must have the right to work in the USA, or be able to obtain the required visa to do so.
- Salary up to $120,000 (Annual)
- $100k - $120k base salary + production
