Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. The primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes; associates also participate in visual merchandising and store presentation while focusing on customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the Customer through our BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
• Be customer-obsessed, lead with loyalty, product knowledge, and style advice
• Cashier responsibilities: operate POS and store technology to deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain visual and operational standards with a customer focus
• Support product flow, shipping and receiving, and omni order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pickup

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
