Maintenance Technician; Cam-Plex

Overview

CAM-PLEX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of journey level and semi-skilled maintenance and repair work of assigned CAM-PLEX Facilities; provide a variety of journey level and semi-skilled maintenance and repair which may include interior, exterior and equipment repairs. Assist in the installation, repair and maintenance of varied building components including computer and communication cabling, electrical wiring, light fixtures and related equipment.

Available for snow removal in the early mornings, on call or emergency services.

• Perform journey level and semi-skilled maintenance and repair work on CAM-PLEX facilities, including interior, exterior, and equipment repairs.
• Assist in installation, repair, and maintenance of varied building components such as computer and communication cabling, electrical wiring, light fixtures and related equipment.
• Respond to snow removal duties in early mornings, on-call, or emergency situations as required.

High school diploma, or equivalent, specialized or on the job training along with 3-4 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, planning, electrical or HVAC. Knowledge of practices, methods, equipment, tools and materials used for general maintenance of commercial public facilities is desired. Candidate must possess a valid Wyoming Driver’s License.
