Full Time = 40 hours per week/Part Time = 30 hours per week.
📌 Schedule may adjust based on program needs, training, and coverage as determined by the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities 1. Client Supervision & Safety- Always maintain line-of-sight supervision to ensure client safety.
- Anticipate risks and proactively create a structured, supportive environment.
- Uphold the minimum standard of care in accordance with agency policies.
- Lead and participate in client groups, stepping in to cover for team members as needed.
- Organize and manage shift schedules effectively for smooth operations.
- Develop and lead structured activities aligned with program themes.
- Prepare activity instructions, gather materials, and provide copies to the site supervisor.
- Complete all required paperwork daily with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure all training requirements remain up to date for compliance and professional growth.
- Support planning and execution of off-site activities, ensuring proper documentation, meals, and logistics are in place.
- Adhere to all agency policies and procedures to maintain program integrity.
- Actively participate in and lead community activities such as concerts, parades, and day trips.
- Support structured in-house and off-site activities, fostering client engagement.
- Assist with coordinating outings, including securing required paperwork and resources.
- Maintain a positive attitude, uphold professional boundaries, and demonstrate teamwork.
- Support daily cleanup efforts to maintain a safe, organized environment.
- Follow agency guidelines for requesting time off to ensure operational consistency.
- Remain flexible and available for coverage in case of emergencies or staffing needs.
- Ensure a safe and structured environment for both clients and staff at all times.
- Drive positive STEAM outcomes through structured activities and engagement.
- Effectively manage resources within budget constraints.
- Adhere to the All Staff Guide for Success and Guide for Maintaining Certification Standards.
- Consistently follow agency policies and best practices.
