What were looking for Youll ideally have: AAT Level 4 qualification or be part-qualified ACA/ACCA Strong experience preparing accounts for micro and small entities A genuine commitment to professional development, with self-study support available Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines A positive, resilient and team-focused approach A client-first attitude and a desire to seek greatness in everything you do What you can expect from us We believe in supporting our people both professionally and personally, including:
