Senior Vehicle Technician

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Vehicle Technician to join a reputable Franchised Main Dealer in Gillingham, Kent. Duties as a Senior Vehicle Technician will include:

Conduct technical diagnostics and repairs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain and develop technical skills through manufacturer training programmes
Uphold and deliver manufacturer and dealership quality standards
Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check procedures
Provide professional technical advice to customers and colleagues
Assist in ensuring workshop productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Automotive Engineering
Full UK driving licence
Proven experience in inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles
MOT Tester qualification is desirable but not essential
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mentality
Previous experience in a franchised dealership is advantageous but not mandatory
