Up to £32,000 OTE
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm HOT BRAND Are You an Experienced Service Advisor? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading main dealership representing a highly desirable automotive brand in Medway. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and are looking to develop your career with a respected dealer group, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Provide a warm, professional welcome to customers visiting the service department. Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, providing accurate updates and estimated completion times. Liaise effectively with workshop technicians to ensure a smooth customer journey. Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Complete service administration accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within the automotive retail industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A professional, confident, and well-presented manner. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a busy environment. A positive attitude and excellent team-working skills. Good administrative and computer skills. A full UK driving licence.
