Learning Support Worker Education & Training

Prospero Teaching is excited to offer opportunities for Learning Support Workers to join our client at a school in Gillingham. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.

  14.88 per hour MIN

• Age Group:
  All pupils aged 16+
• DBS Requirement:
  An Adult Workforce DBS is essential. If you do not currently hold one, you can apply through us.
• Registration:
  You will need to register with Prospero Teaching to be considered for these roles.

• Provide one-to-one support to learners aged 16+.
• Assist with classroom activities and promote positive engagement.
• Support individual students with additional learning needs.
• Personal care will form part of this role.

• Experience working in education, care, or support roles (desirable).
• Relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, Health & Social Care qualification, SEN training or experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
