Are you a Psychology or Criminology graduate looking to build hands-on experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

We are currently recruiting full-time SEN Teaching Assistants to work within mainstream primary schools across the Medway Towns. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering careers in educational psychology, clinical psychology, mental health, youth justice, or teaching.

The Role:

Supporting pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural needs)
Working 1:1 or in small groups within a mainstream classroom
Assisting with emotional regulation, engagement, and learning
Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to support pupil progress

Ideal Candidates:

Psychology or Criminology graduates (or related degrees)
Passionate about supporting children and young people
Patient, resilient, and proactive
Considering a long-term career in education, psychology, or mental health
