The successful candidate will:
Have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Be calm, nurturing and adaptable in their approach Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents Encourage independence, engagement and positive behaviour Requirements:
