Registered Nurse

An established nursing home in Gillingham is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its permanent clinical team. This service is well run, compliant, and focused on delivering safe, person-centred care in a calm and supportive environment.

The Role As a Registered Nurse working within a nursing home setting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting care staff on shift. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, continuity of care, and resident wellbeing within the nursing home .

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering safe, effective nursing care in line with NMC standards Medication administration, care planning, and accurate clinical documentation Monitoring resident health and escalating concerns appropriately Leading and supporting care staff within the nursing home Communicating effectively with families and external healthcare professionals Whats on Offer £22.25 per hour Permanent role with consistent shifts Supportive and visible management team Stable service with a strong clinical structure Opportunity to focus on quality care rather than constant firefighting
