Are you ready to lead person-centred dementia care?

We are looking for an experienced Dementia Services Manager to oversee and enhance high-quality, person-led dementia care within a specialist care setting. You will lead a compassionate team, ensuring residents’ emotional, social, and clinical needs are at the heart of everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide emotionally intelligent, compassionate leadership, modelling person-centred care.

* Embed dementia care principles into daily practice, ensuring residents’ needs guide routines and service delivery.

* Support staff development, training, and reflective practice to sustain a skilled, empowered team.

* Monitor quality and outcomes, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.

* Chair team meetings, coordinate action plans, and deputise in the absence of the senior manager.

Person Specification:

* Dependable, compassionate, and empathetic, with excellent leadership skills.

* Experience in dementia care and managing care teams.

* Enhanced DBS clearance required.
