Salary & Progression
  • Newly Qualified Optometrists: £45,000 – £48,000
  • Experienced Optometrists (up to 5 years): £55,000 – £60,000
  • 5+ years & supervisory experience:
    Up to £65,000
  • Regular salary reviews and a clearly defined growth pathway
Tier 2 Sponsorship Available
