HR Advisor

Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? Were looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This role is offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference every day. NB:
This is a Monday to Friday, site based role! What Youll Be Doing:
Managing employee relations cases Leading end-to-end recruitment on site Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives Coaching and up-skilling line managers Supporting various projects and initiatives Partnering closely with trade unions and senior managers

What Were Looking For :
Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases) Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and with unions Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similar Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office CIPD qualified (or equivalent) desirable but not essential Why Apply?
