A well-established and reputable main dealer group is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join its aftersales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to join a stable, high-performing business, offering strong earning potential, structured manufacturer training, and long-term career progression.

Responsibilities

* Acting as the main point of contact for service and repair customers

* Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and warranty work

* Advising customers on required and recommended work

* Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow

* Preparing estimates, invoices, and service documentation

* Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

* Managing queries and resolving issues professionally

Qualifications

* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Confident IT and administrative ability

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills

* A professional and team-oriented approach

* Full UK driving licence preferred

Salary and Benefits

* Basic salary: £28,000–£30,000 (negotiable)

* Uncapped bonus (average £6,000 per year)

* Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
