• Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Basic (Depending on your current experience).
• Bonus: Uncapped monthly bonus (Typically £300 – £600 extra per month).

• Training: Full manufacturer-level VAG taraining and Hybrid/EV qualifications.

• Skill Building: Carrying out routine servicing, repairs, and basic diagnostics.
• MOT Support: Performing MOT preparation and general workshop maintenance.
• Quality Control: Road-testing vehicles to ensure they meet our 5-star safety standards.
• Specialist Learning: Gaining hands-on experience with VAG, Hybrid, and EV systems.
• Collaboration: Working closely with senior mentors and service advisors in a busy, professional bay.

• You have 1+ years of professional experience as a Vehicle Technician or Junior Mechanic.
• You are confident with basic servicing, brakes, and light mechanical repairs.
• You are reliable, detail-focused, and have a massive hunger to learn.
• You hold a Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
