Requirements
  • Previous management experience and conviction to inspire and motivate
  • Passion, pride and the drive to motivate and engage a team
  • Customer focus – excited by the opportunity to deliver perfect PERi‑PERi to customers, both in restaurants and at home
  • Comfortable with an ever‑changing, fast‑paced environment
  • Hungry to learn and develop, ready to spot great talent for future managers
Responsibilities
  • Live and breathe the Nando’s brand and values; manage the team to reflect those values
  • Drive team development and mentor future managers
  • Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is carried out on shift, every day, across all channels
  • Maintain high standards of food, service and customer experience (PERi‑PERi quality)
  • Support training and development initiatives as part of the 3‑month training plan from Day 1
  • Contribute to team bonding and engagement opportunities throughout the year
