Monday to Friday, 6.00am to 2.00pm
37.5 hours per week
Occasional late shift cover required, 12.00pm to 8.00pm

Role Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lubrication Technician to join a global organisation specialising in innovative lubrication solutions across a wide range of industries and applications. Based full time at a customer site in Gillingham, this role plays a vital part in maintaining equipment reliability, operational efficiency and performance.

This position requires a proactive, hands on individual with strong technical ability, a customer focused approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and carry out all activities required as part of the Lubrication Service.

* Apply and change lubricants and fluids in line with agreed planned maintenance schedules.

* Conduct condition monitoring and control of fluids and plant equipment.

* Record and report test results and usage data using the inhouse system.

* Follow strict operational procedures, including 6S standards and Health and Safety requirements.

* Build strong working relationships with customer operators and management.

* Provide a responsive and supportive service to meet customer needs.

* Demonstrate a can do attitude with effective problem solving abilities.
